Hi Kathy,

This sounds like my kind of place. Individually, the components can more or less be commonly eaten anywhere, but the art is in creating uncommon and stunning dishes. This place looks wonderful.

I would say that the dessert was definitely the highlight of the meal...but everything else was so good too, heehee ^_^

Jivara Chocolate Mousse with "Malted Milkshake" Sorbet and Olive Oil.

It looks really beautiful, but it seems a strange flavor combination.

How does it taste?
