Mitzy's macarons are perfect! I made sure to go to Tafu for matcha when I came down shortly before it closed, and picked up a large box of macarons to take home. They were all wonderful! Now I'm craving them :(
super cute!! so jealous ^_^
Have you found any good macarons in Hawaii? Mitzy's ones are just too far out of reach for us locals. I can only cyber-drool!
EuroPane Bakery here in Pasadena probably makes the best in So Cal. Of course, K, you've been to EP. But, don't know if you ever tried them.
It looks very goods
I'll definitely to come back to your blog again.

Does Mitzy not sell at the Brooklyn Flea anymore?
Yum, houjicha!
Sounds complicated to make, if only because (unlike matcha) hojicha doesn't come in baker-friendly powder.
But mainly... yum.
