This morning, we had coffee and a quiche each, warmed to order, and then shared...

Have you found a croissant/pain au chocolat as good as Claude's was before he sold out to Pablo?
Uneven quality of late--dough lacks the mild ferment tang and also working with butter too warm leads to patches of solid (as opposed to flaky) pastry.
While the eclairs are still yummy, the tart shells are dense, now....
